'Pointless is a fascinating microcosm of life: as this formidable tome reveals, success therein depends on a combination of intelligence, chance and having a good partner.' -- Sir Tim Rice 'I love Pointless. It's funny, and it makes me feel less thick. Like all the best dates.' -- Sarah Millican 'We gave one hundred people one hundred seconds to name the greatest show in the history of television. There was only one pointless answer and it was Pointless. And now in book form.' -- Stephen Fry
